Francisco MolinaFrancisco Molina is Founder of Invento Design and a product development strategist who helps innovators turn ideas into real, testable products. With more than 16 years of experience in industrial design and product development, more than 40 granted patents, and a track record that includes helping bring over 100 products to market, he works hands on with founders, startups, and innovation teams to move ideas from concept toward prototype, validation, and production readiness. For the Innovation Workshop, Francisco brings the physical product and prototype development perspective. He helps participants think through how an idea becomes something tangible, functional, and ready for real world feedback. His approach is practical, visual, and execution focused, helping innovators avoid costly missteps and make smarter early decisions as they shape new product opportunities.
