Getting People to Actually Use What You Built (Free Workshop)

Friday, November 20, 2026 (11:30 AM - 1:30 PM) (PST)

Description

A free, hands-on workshop at Right Click in Irvine. Lunch is on us.

You built the thing. Nobody's using it. This session is about the part that comes after shipping. It's for anyone who has built a tool, workflow, Skill or automation and found that people still aren't using it. We'll work through real rollout scenarios: a new process nobody follows, a tool that gets tried once and dropped, a Skill only its creator uses. You'll practice the parts that decide whether something sticks: finding the people who will use it first, framing it around a problem they already have, writing onboarding that takes five minutes instead of an hour, and collecting feedback you can act on. We'll also cover how to tell whether it's actually being used, so you measure real adoption and not just interest.

You leave with: a rollout plan for your own tool, plus reusable templates for the announcement, onboarding and feedback check-ins.

Who it's for: not just builders. If you've ever launched a tool, process, template or automation and needed other people to change how they work, this is for you.

Before you come: bring your laptop and something you've built or are about to launch. If you don't have one yet, you can work from one of our sample scenarios.

Host: Conner Schnicker, AI Developer, Right Click. In person only, 30 seats.
