Crispa* Crepes started in the kitchen of a Frenchman living in Southern California. He believed that eating in affordable fast food restaurants should be just as good as what he cooked at home. Crispa Crepes is part of a new class of fast casual restaurants that strive to innovate with new types of food. We believe in high quality ingredients that bring out authentic flavors.
