Unite Health Share Ministries (UHSM) is a nonprofit, faith-based health sharing ministry that facilitates member-to-member health sharing among fellow Christians, serving as a connector to administer medical cost sharing. The UHSM mission is to help Christian families fulfill their God-given purpose to care for one another and to positively impact our communities. Headquartered in Norfolk, VA, UHSM takes a modern approach to health sharing that prioritizes holistic health and wellbeing. UHSM offers simple, fair, and friendly health share programs to its members, which include access to two of America’s largest medical and pharmacy provider networks: First Health Network, a wholly owned subsidiary of Aetna, Inc., and CVS Caremark.?UHSM health share programs offer a range of benefits that rival those of traditional insurance, all include telemedicine at no extra cost, emergency medical and hospitalization and Wellness & Preventive Care, plus Primary Care and Specialist visits. UHSM programs allow freedom of choice within the First Health provider network and maximum convenience with CVS Caremark, along with the freedom to access benefits across the United States. The current membership is almost 8,000 and growing rapidly.
